1. Platform Platform is made of high-quality manganese steel, procedures including CNC plasma cutting, CO2 welding (Panasonic), polishing (shot blasting cleaning machine) and power coating ensure the platform with high flatness, strong anti-torsion strength, no-blind fixing ways and efficient straightening.Light and flexible ramps for driving on and off.
2. Self-locking vertical hydraulic lifting device Vertical self-locking hydraulic lifting platform is secured double safety by hydraulic pressure and mechanical locking devices. The lifting range is 380mm-1080mm in which can be adjusted. It can be also one side lifting from 0-380mm; it's easy to drive the car onside.
3. Pulling tower Towers can be rotated 360 degrees along the platform and be made of 10mm seamless steel pipe, diameter of pulling tower tube is 160mm, which means more convenient moving and high intensity if both towers straighten in diagonal line. You only need to move the handle to put the shaft into the hole on the bench to fix the pulling tower.
4. The main clamps Unique design of spiral movements for main clamps is easier to make jaws upper and lower on precondition of maintaining the flat level by adjusting the pole vertically to clamp different height chassis of all kinds of vehicles.
